SISSY + MARLEY NEST- HERMIONE'S ROOM

As soon as I discovered I was pregnant I began thinking about nursery design. Turning my home office into a baby's room was an exciting and slightly daunting process. I did not want the room to end up looking "babyish" and not fitting in with the aesthetic of the rest of our home. I also knew boy or girl I wanted to hang on to my purple chandelier and have elephants heavily featured. I love purple and elephants. Love.

A google search for "baby elephant nursery" lead me to discover Sissy+ Marley and their NEST service for nursery and children's interior design. Known for their exquisite taste, unique finds, and drool worthy nurseries I was thrilled to work with Chelsea and her team on Hermione's room.

I may be biased but I think my little girl ended up with a stunning room. Filled with tons of elephants, hand made dolls, and closet that rivals my own I know my little girl will love her room for years to come. I particularly love the Sissy + Marley for Jill Malek Baby Elephant Walk wallpaper; it makes the room so magical! The best part is the sophisticated yet whimsical design can easily grow with her so no need to redecorate once she is a little older.
