What little girl wasn't obsessed with mermaids at some point? The romance, the adventure, the flowy hair, the seashell bras! My mermaid fascination is probably due to a certain Disney movie that was oh so popular when I was growing up. I think I can still sing all of the words to "Part of Your World."
While I may never get to live under the sea and count crustaceans as my friends, I can play with mermaid-esque beauty! Prep skin and lips for a smoother makeup application with Kahina Giving Beauty Facial Lotion and Eye Serum, and Revolution Organics Lip Balm.
Using Alima Pure Foundation Brush #25, apply their Satin Matte Foundation to the face and layer to desired coverage (sheer, medium, full).
For under eye or facial discoloration, apply Nvey Eco Erase Concealer directly to the area with your finger tip or a concealer brush.
Also apply concealer very lightly to the eye lids, as a base for the eyeshadow to adhere to.
Fill in your existing brow shape lightly with a medium-toned brown powder such as Nvey Eco Organic Eyeshadow in 155.
Apply Alima Pure Luminous Shimmer Eyeshadow in Chai to the inner third of the lid.
Next, add Alima Pure Luminous Shimmer Eyeshadow in London to the middle of the eyelid.
Using an angled brush, line the bottom lash line with the same color.
Lastly, apply Alima Pure Luminous Shimmer Eyeshadow in Azure to the outer corner of the eyelid, crease and lower lash line.
Curl lashes with a lash curler and add a few coats of Nvey Eco Mascara in Black, to top and bottom lashes.
Brush Nvey Eco Powder Blush in 957 onto the apples of the cheek and blend towards hairline.
Finish with Vapour Organic Beauty Siren Lipstick in Hint for another splash of color.
