Daily Insurance

It's 4pm and I just sat down for the first time all day. This is not uncommon for me these days as I spend the majority of my time running around with my girls going back and forth from school, Whole Foods, Hermione's various activities, playdates etc. 

While I always aim to eat well during the day I sometimes fall short.
